Removable grating mouth

Recommended for grocery shops, it’s perfect to grate a large amount of hard cheese, bread, dried fruit and biscuits. It has a big bowl for collecting round that completely covers the exit from the mouth to save the grated product from blowing. In addition the particular grid security system put in contact with the roller avoids the block of the output grated round; perfectly conforming to the latest CE regulations.
Thanks to the special unlocking system it’s possible to pull the presser for a deep clean of the units in contact with the food.
